At Teleseen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your living space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
